65 speedometer

It may need more lubrication. Did you remove the cable and clean it out?

It could still be a bad cable or bad speedo gear. It could also be that the gauge itself is worn out. I know my original one was. I kept it though so I could send it off to be rebuilt at a later time.

cable was removed and cleaned. might be a speedo gear. that is a later project.
