Body & Paint - How much am I looking at?
My '65 has some rust bubbles around the wheel wells (i'm talking about 4"x4" spots in front/behind some of the wheels) and possibly a leaky cowl. The driver's side floorpan has some rust. But I think the passenger's side may be fine (would require further inspection). Car has been repainted once back in around 1980 and there was an attempt to fix the rust around the wheel wells, but it came back (I assume bondo was used).
How much would it approximately cost to pay a shop (or a combination of shops) to strip it, fix those rust areas, and repaint it?
Just looking for a range of estimates. I honestly have no clue. I don't have that much money to spend, but would like it taken care of.
Thank you
(sorry if this is supposed to be in General - it's been a while since I've posted :O)

Tough question w/o pics and prices vary a lot depending on paint job and paint used. I paid a local out of house guy 5500 for my 70 included paint to patch a few areas and paint. I've got a 66 vert that just paint from again someone local is going to be 3500 including paint (no body work exept a few dings here and there on replacement panels. On my first car I paid someone to my floor pans. Was $2000 for both sides, rear tail light panel, and trunk drop offs. The cowl never paid anybody but done a couple now and they are timing consuming if you have to do a full replacement - I would guess anywhere between 1000 to 2000k. I'm guessing in you case if you can get the whole thing done for $6000 assuming you are not looking for show car but nice driver you'd be doing good.

I hate to say it but you will get a rough estimate at best from asking on a forum, you need to take it to shop or have a guy from a shop come to your home if the car isn't drivable to give you an estimate on it. Asking here will get you a $2K-$10K difference in price. There are too many variables and opinions on the forums to get any kind of ball park.
Those little bubbles may seam only a patch job at first glance and turn into a full blown panel replacement when gotten into because of hidden problems thus spiking your rough at best guess from asking on a forum, get the idea of asking on a forum???
A rough guess $200 cowl repair could turn into a full blown $2k repair once gotten into.
You need to have a local person to get a true rough guess, as that to could change once gotten into because of hidden problems.
