I have had the same problem for a while... I have been grinding a bit off of the inner lip of the quarter panels and wheel house, a little at a time whenever I have the car up on a lift. I have gotten really close as it barely rubs now, and only when I have 2 or 3 people in the car. After grinding, I put some POR15 on the bare metal to prevent rust. The lip is barely seen, so no one notices.

Thanks. That is exactly what I have been doing and it is much better now but still rubs with 2 or more and on bad bumps. How much can you remove and still keep the structure in tact. I have ground it 3 or 4 times but not much. Then I put painters tape on it to see where it is still rubbing. Just afraid to take too much off. Mine has been replaced and welded in one of the spots I am having to grind the most. I couldn't even sit in the car to start with so I put on new springs and shocks then started grinding. Good luck.
