Suspension sugestion 1969 mustang gt and ect
Just wondered what would be best idea to improve suspension on this car. It is not a power steering car and is loose in front so gonna do some work to improve the loose in front and put in power steering. I want to do reversble mods because of the rarity of the GT. I saw another post on this earlier today about a 1966 mustang and wondered what would be good for mine. Thanks for suggestions.

I suppose it depends on your end goals. Stock? Replace all items that are prone to wear/fatigue. Those being at least springs, shocks, balljoints, tie rods, UCA/LCA, idler arm and perches. Slightly more spirited? Make those roller perches and roller idler arm, consider adjustable struts, camber kit or maybe a roller UCA and box the lowers. Some like rack and pinion. Subframes, Shelby drop, monte carlo bar and export brace are a given. Don't forget about the rear suspension to work with the changes in front.

I would do a rebuild and keep your original parts (UCA, LCA, etc.) for when you want to do a concours type rebuild on them. This is a good starter article:
