Sorry for the misleading photo.. The two that are not attached are just spares that I picked up from a guy for free. One flowmaster and one magnaflow. Ill be able to see which I like. The muffler for the car is still in the car, its a transverse which sits aft of the rear end crosswise. The pipe here is from the manifolds to the back end of the resonator.. at least thats the best guess thanks to the link provided by 1slow67 .

Solid find dude. I've been looking for a decent '67-'69 fastback and watching your progress really has me jealous! Keep up the photos and updates. I'm really enjoying it.

I got this 5.0 as a rental upgrade from Avis.. Oh man, it was fast.. I fell in love with the color, though I wish it had some metal flake to make the lines pop.. I might just paint this car red again.

Got the engine all painted up.. Still need to put on the exhaust manifolds and distributor cap and get this thing running. The battery tray is removed, there is a little rot where it sat.. I will get that cut out and weld in a patch. then possibly try my hand at fabricating a tray using the old one as a guide and a sheet of steel.. Shouldnt be that hard. It would probably be cheaper just to buy one though..

You do some good work, and you do it on such a small budget.
