I agree. Get it, drive it, enjoy it. We've done a lot to my car to make it more driveable and since it was my daily driver for 5 years to make it easier to live with. I'm not sorry we did any of it. We did preserve the original look which is what I really liked and since it had a good running 289 in it, we kept that. Most of what have done is period correct and could be reversed fairly easily.

It's a personal choice and not something we've done with an eye to increasing value. I don't consider it part of my stock portfolio
