Rust depends...if it has been in the desert the whole time it might be clean.
Call the guy and ask away. He lives about 40 miles from me but that doesn't rule out a meet up if you are really serious about it.

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it! But I think i'll just wait for another 1969 to pop up for sale here in Canada. And I'm not really rushing it because I can't drive it until I'm 25 anyways

I would check those engine bay inner fenders really well.

You got visible rust blow out on the driver side inner fender on the top near the shock tower.
