Horn won't honk
Actually, one of them works and the other doesn't. I checked the wiring and that is not the problem.
So, wondering if any of you have tried repairing a horn? I will take it apart and look, maybe just a connection that needs soldering.
If any of you have replaced a horn with a new one, what brand is a good one?
Thanks!

There is a high and a low horn. The two notes make the horn more attention getting. First make sure the horn has a really good ground. Many times the ground connection rusts up. The horn is just a diaphragm that vibrates and when it does it opens and closes a set of contacts. The contacts can pit and corrode. Some horns have a nut on them to change the note. They are so cheap that repair is a waste of time. An OEM is $51 a replica is only $37. Or Pep boys probably has some even cheaper.
