the 351 will fit right in . . if you use 351 mustang exhaust manifolds, you might need to grind the left one a bit to clear the steering box.

i'm pretty sure you can use the disc brakes but i would double check.

i think you can use the power booster but you need a different pin for the brake pedal and need to modify the mounting bracket . . much easier just to buy the right one.

if it has 5 lug axles you can modify the rear end to fit your car but its not easy.
