Head swap

Default Head swap

Hi, can i use 2V heads/intake fr0m a 1973 mustang 351c on a 1970 351c that was originally set up as a 4V? Thanks

I think that's no problem. A loss of compression, but that may be what you're trying to do. If you have the money and time, keep the 4v heads and use a dished piston. Less compression, but better breathing.

Depends if your cam provides low or high rpm power. 2v is better for lower rpms.
