Rather Incredible Customer Service
About a year and a half ago, I purchased an E book Version of the 1965 Mustang,Comet and Falcon Shop Manual from Forel Publishing. I recently had to upgrade my computer-Windows 10,Acrobat Reader DC, digital hard drive, memory upgrade- and somehow my PDF Manual files were corrupted.
Last night (the day after Christmas) about 10:30 PM, I wrote to the company asking for help in re-loading the program. By 7AM this morning (Sunday), I had a friendly reply telling me everything I needed to know.
In this age of impersonality, this was unexpected and amazing service and I just want to thank David LeBlanc, owner of Forel, publicly.
