Not exactly Mustang related but since it is of the era and there are some serious gearheads here, I know it will be appreciated.

Wow that olds motor would've been great to see.

If I'm not mistaken Ford did use a 427 sohc in the thunderbolt. Good luck finding one of those though ! The car or the engine.


I would love to build a thunderbolt clone, with that sexy teardrop hood. I'd put a later model efi / drivetrain set up in it though.
