Default Is this a 1967 coupe factory seat belt mounting location?

After I pulled down the headliner in my 67 coupe project, I found this mounting point just above the left side rear quarter window. Is this a factory mounting point for a 3 point seat belt?

The right side does not have the threaded fastener, but the headliner was not the original, so it may have been removed by a previous owner.

Yes it is.
(my grampa has a 68 gt500)
i don't have a pic, but, there's a piece that hangs down, & it has a loop at the bottom that the belt goes through,
& the belt goes from there & straight down, on the floor, is where the belt winder thing is

Yeppers. The 67's had the hardware in place but didn't offer the seatbelts like they did in 68. It is a nice safety upgrade that'll keep your face out of the steering wheel.

The original shoulder harnesses of the era from FoMoCo are uncomfortable as hell because they are fixed and allow no movement at all but I found a nice set of aftermarket retractable 3 point seatbelts that look very close to the originals from CJ's and used a seat belt loop from a 2001 Firebird / Camaro mounted to the side of the seat to get it to a more comfortable angle. Here is a pretty lame picture of the ones I had installed on mine.
