Default Need some help on a potential buy

Default Purchasing a 67 fastback please help!
Hello team, im new to this forum and want to intro myself!

I have a 2015 50th Wimbledon White 6 Speed, and always loved Mustangs.

Tomorrow I am looking at a Eleanor Clone for sale (Please dont hate me) Its my Dads dream car and Im going to get it for him!...... Based on your advise.

This guy I found through my local chapter is selling it, as his personal issues have gotten in the way and i think he has way more in to it then he wanted.

He has sent me the following info on the car and mainly the engine and need to know if someone can guesstimate how much he has in to the engine at least.

Here goes:

1) Original S code, GT Souther car
2) Car taken down to metal, surface rust taken off.
3) Underbody coated with Chasey saver
4) Dynamat throughout body
5) Mustangs to Fear Eleanor Kit
6) Chassis, 4 link with coil over adjustable shocks
7) Ford 9" rear end with curry 3rd member 3.55 ration with traction lock
8) Global west subframe connectors
9) Driver side torq box installed
10) Front , is a rod and custom mustang 2 coil over suspension ( no shock towers)
11) 4 wheel power brakes
12) Power steering
13) Classic Air conditioning
14) Dart Block 347 Stroker, Planed, Hot Tanked, Fluxed (whats that mean?)
15) Trick flow twisted , methanol injected (whats that mean?)
16) Wedge Aluminum Heads
17) Reichard Racing aluminum Intake
18) Air box and fuel rails 57lb injectors
19) Novi 2000 supercharger
20) Hooker long tube Headers
21) Methanol injection
22) Holley hp EFI engine mgt system
23) Aluminum fuel tank ( Baffled, automotive stealth 380 in tank pump)
24) Shelby interior, gauges etc.
25) ididit tilt steering column
26) shelby foot pedals
27) TKO 500 tranny, hurst shifter.

Im not sure how much this would be, and even the engine is above my knowledge scale. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Twisted wedge refers to the engine heads "trick flow twisted wedge" I run A set I have found them to be quite reliable...although they may leak an un-measurable amount of oil through the guides. Its likely that engine is beast.

Not a fan of fuel injection but whateves.

looks like he had lots of chances to make mistakes...BUT if he knew what he was doing he had lots of opportunity for improvements. I think the mustang II frontend can be a good setup but im not real sure on the details...prolly done to make engine room.

So its got nasty heads, with methanol injection and a super charger...its probably kicking down 450's door....do you really want that much engine?

Is he asking less than 20k?

I agree with him, it's worth what someone will pay. It had better be perfect at that price. They threw good parts at it.

The more you change a car the less it's value becomes.

Walk away, ridiculous price. He can't even begin to believe that he can recover his cost to build a car for himself. Don't let your heart over rule your brain. Start watching auctions like Mecum to get a sense of what these cars are worth. He might get $40-50K at auction.
