Default rear end for 66'

hello,
i need advice on a new rear end for my 66'. plans for the future are for a 302 and disc brakes in back. where should i get my donor rear end and will it be a pretty simple bolt up or will i need cut down so that it fits?
thanks,

I assume you have disc brakes in the front already. Are you thinking of going to a 9 inch or staying with the 8 inch rear end?

Here is some information that might be helpful: http://www.dfwmotorsport.com/fairlane/9inchrearends.htm
Or you could go to a company like Art Morrison, Currey and a number of others that could prepare a complete rear end housing for you.
