Default Wiring a 302

I finally got my engine put back in my stang and everythings done except for a few small things. How do i figure out the wiring for it. There is only 4-5 connectors to plug in. SHould i just guess and check? lol

Here is some pix. If anyone is local feel free to stop by and help She's been down for almost a year.

also how do i know where to put the spark plug wires on the distriutor. I'm pretty sure the timing is already set.

Thanks for any help

Never seen a plug like that on an old stang. what is it? Why is it there? What does it go to? If you guess I will bet money you will have an electrical fire before it starts. The firing order on the dizzy is 15426378. Start at the number one plug and go counter clock wise.

found the answer to ur questions.
There is 5 wires, 3 come from the dist. 2 come from i'm not sure where? They go to a box mounted on the side of my engine bay.

It ain't gonna run without the dizzy hooked up. I really don't know why you have those plugs. Is that a late model motor?

Those plugs look to me like the plugs for a duraspark distrubutor, especially with 3 wires coming from the distributor.
