new owner of 67 and have a few questions

Hi, I am the new owner of a 1967 mustang and I have a few questions. Does anyone know what kind of a transmission would be in it? It has a 200 straight 6 in it. Has anyone got some advice on how to switch from drum brakes in front to disc brakes? Thanks for the help...

Welcome naomi...My son has a 200 I6 with 3sp manual tranny. It is the RAN 3.03 which IIRC all 200's had that or the C.D. 2.77 models. Don't know if you mean the automatic or manual transmission. However, check out the FAQ section regarding disc brake conversion. It has a plethora of info and tips to refer to while you figure out what to do with your stang...good luck and keep coming back...
