Default Trying to ID a part name?

On a 1967 mustang, on top of the shock tower plate, there is a cylinder shape with what looks to be bushings on either side, that is bolted down on the export brace and shock tower plate. What is this part called????? I am racking my brain trying to figure it out! the rubber part is cracked and old and I want to replace them.

Thanks,
