Those aren't the adjuster bar or the lever that goes inside the drum. Those look like some of the parts that go on the cables.

I think I found all the stuff I need through National Parts Depot - I do have a couple questions:

- Do I need 2x all these parts (one for each side)?
- How do I tell if I have 9" or 10" brakes?
- What would be included in the "Adjuster kit" they were charging me for?

I can't believe they wanted $66ea for these parts - what a ripoff! [:@]

I found this adjuster kit - I wonder if it's the same thing...

First off, have you looked to see what you already have and what you're missing? No sense in buying parts that you already have in good order.

The first 2 things you show (the equalizer stuff) I believe you're only going to be needing one of. Are you connected from your pedal to the undercarriage cables?

The last one, the link, is the part that pushes the primary and secondary shoe apart, so you'll be needing 2 of those. Have you opened up your drums yet? Unless they're missing, they're really unlikely to be needing replaced.

You can tell your drum brake size by measuring the diameter of the inside of the drum. Knowledgeable folks could prolly eyeball it, but I had never had an experience with brakes, so I needed to measure it, hehe.

Coffee hasn't kicked in yet this morning, so hope I'm making sense. I did, however, manage to go down and take pictures of the diagrams in my shop manuals. Picture's worth a thousand words and all that, hehe. Hope these help.

Take a picture of your drums or something so we can help. From the description in your earilier posts, you need the lever inside the drim which actually pushes on that bar.
