i was considering down the line to upgrade but wanted to know what kind of problems u guys ran into on changing motors and what was the bottom line $ it cost u do do the switch? what new parts is needed besides the motor to upgrade? do u need a new trany or anthing major or was it easy to get done? thanks

check the FAQs, theres a few links in there that will show exactly what you need to do. as for mone, it is not cheap. just off the top of my head you need, new engine, new tranny, new suspension, new motor mounts, new crossmember, new driveshaft, new rear axle, new brakes all around to change from 4 lugs to 5. just to get the jist of it that is.

youll need pretty much everything between the front brakes that is connected along with radiator and hoses plus the things atomsk680 said plus a speedo recalibrated for the different gearing of the tranny and rear rims and tires and that sounds like it

u just need money lots of it thats all or just trade car and buy mustang with V8 in it for 3-4000 because u will spend at list that much on engine +trans alone not include all @#$%$% with brakes rear end suspen,and more
