Default Torque Settings

Im building a new engine for my first car, which is a 69 mustang, 302. Taking the old engine apart was easy, I'm now building the new one which is on a stand, but i have no clue as to the torque settings. The reason I'm having to build a new one in the first place is the guy who I bought the car from didn't torque any of the bolts down, and the first engine blew up. I want to make sure this dosen't happen again and do it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated, for I know none of the torque settings. Thanks.

A repair manual would have them for sure, or maybe someone here has them handy for you.
