Hello, 34 and I bought my first stang at 15, a 1986 GT (@$5000). The next one was at 18 a 1968 convertible(@$2000). The next one was at 25 a 1997 GT($24000). The next one was at 27 a 1999 GT ($27000). The next one was my current project car a 1967 Fastback ($1200). Last week we traded in the 99 GT for an 06 GT($26000 and 0% for 7 years).....

My next one will be???? Maybe a 2009 or 2010....

I had 4 cars before I was 18... Cant remember all of them I have now.. its over 30 I am pretty sure.. its entirely plausible for a 15 year old to have more than one car, just not while living in an apartment in a big city..lol..

I am 38.
First mustang when 19, a 69 Wimbleton White Sports roof. $500. Crashed into a tree in the snow. Rotted frame rails just couldn't hold the bumper, You can imagine the rest. Wound up junking it, what a mistake now that i see what some of the wrecks go for on ebay.

2nd Mustang when 21, 67 289 A code, deluxe interior. $600. Fully restored at my body shop at the time. Crashed about 6 months after back on the road. Some guy cut me off and those drum brakes showed their true self. And, unfortunately, I did not have the front bumper on at the time. Can you say accordian...

Well they say the third time is a charm. 67 c code coupe, burnt amber, bench seat, all original and in great shape. $1200. Got it in march of this year. Hope no trees get in the way with this one. I don't think I will be able to talk the wife into another one any time soon.

Age 34

I bought my 1966 I6 Mustang in 1989 when I was 17.
I drove the car in Texas without AC while attending UT Austin.
I have owned this car for half my life!

The car is now in a resto shop with nearly $30k invested in a complete restoration with a i6 to v8 conversion and AC added. I am due to getr it back in about a month.

I'm 32, and been driving my father's 1965 Mustang on and off since I helped put her back together 1991 when i was in high school.
He finally officially handed it down to me this spring, ALL MINE now. So I never actually bought a mustang yet!

My son will get it next, this stang will never be for sale. That was part of the deal I made with my father, otherwise it has to be transferred back to him.
