Default aPLUGS & WIRES for HEI Upgrade to 67 289

Time for a new HEI distributor. I'm considering the stainless braided over silicon TAYLOR wires with the HEI cap ends. But what about sparkplugs? I heard that the HEI higher voltage will EAT UP the old style plugs. Do I need hotter, or colder, or just stick with the same. The BF-32 plugs are no longer available, and there are lots of substitutes to choose from. How about some advice from someone who has done an HEI conversion and got some miles on it...

Thanks!

New ignition makes all the difference in the world. Easy, one wire setup, competition curve and adjustable vacuum cannister. It even IDLES now! Well worth the 60 bucks I paid on Ebay for this new part!! Check out the picture! I decided to go with an "offset base" for my 289 HiPo air cleaner. Should have it next week!
