I run Comp Cam's XE262H-10

Specs;
Basic Operating RPM Range: 1,300-5,600 RPM
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218 int./224 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration: 262
Advertised Exhaust Duration: 270
Advertised Duration: 262 int./270 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.493 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.500 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.493 int./0.500 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees): 110
Grind Number: FS XE262H-10

thats a nice setup slickman. im actually thinking about a roller cam now, jegs has them, but htey also have a roller cam conversion kit do i need this too if i do go with the roller cam?

On Edit: would roller tips on the heads help with anything?

You can't just throw a roller cam in there, you also need roller lifters, roller rocker arms, and the correct pushrods. There may be other things needed also. Should be good for a few extra horsepower over hydraulic but don't know if it is worth the added cost for you.

You really gotta put some thought into static and dyanamic compression ratios. Anything about 9.1 dynamic will be marginal on pump gas. You can run high compression with high duration cams because of the nature of what they do (valves open sooner, stay open later, both valves overlap longer etc). Dynamic compression can be theoretically as high as static but never higher and with bigger cams, is considerablly lower than static.

There are various online dynamic compression calculators...would be happy to go into it further if there is interest.

I went with roller rockers by crane but not a roller cam. If I was going to do it again, I would go with a roller cam for sure. Nothing wrong with a flat tap cam but, the extra money is well spent. They have special lifters for a non-roller block so, you have that choice.
