Default Which header gaskets for aluminum heads?

I was told by my engine builder to get header gaskets that are thick and made for aluminum heads. Any suggestions?

Mr.Gasket makes a nice thick header gasket. Its damn near 1/4" thick. I'm runnin just regular ROL manifold gaskets. They look like header gaskets theyre thicker and have larger exhaust port openings than Fel-Pro's.

Sanderson uses no gasket, just high temp RTV. Kinda strange.....
