timing ???? on mach 1

I was wondering if anybody here knew the amount of timing that a 1971 mach 1 351C 4v engine uses? I have benn looking everywhere and could not find it!

Id say start @ 10* initial timing. Advance till it detonates then retard it a few degrees.
