Volcom66...you might be able to form the pick guard with a little heat.....most plastics are moldable with the right amount of heat applied to them...i worked with plastics for years and found you need to be careful with them, but they able to be molded...use a small peice of the pick guard as a test to see how much heat you will need....i use a cheap a-- heat gun from harbor freight...hold it @ 4-5 inches away from part you are working on and keep it moving...don't hold the heat gun in same place to long or it will burn the part...don't get it any hotter than you need to bend it...sometimes to much heat will cause delamination....good luck..don
