How Do You Get Door Handles Off?
how do i go about getting the door handles off my 68....i have the door and panel off just need to like see how to unscrew it or whatever way it comes off...

If you are talking about the inside handles, they are attached with screws. They are plainly visible and easy to see after you take the arm rests off. Use a deep 3/8" socket with an extension to reach the screws that hold the arm rest on.

yeah, im trying to strip off the cracking paint around the keyhole and door handle area but its sorta hard when they are on there....its like super hard to see up inside the door also.....

ok there is a screw on the outside of the panel when you open the door that takes odd half of the handle, the other ine is a stud that you take off with a 3/8 wrench i think thats the size. you must roll the window up and reach, have one hand out side on the handle to guide your other one to it. and the key hole is held by a clip on the inside of the door that just slides off its not to diff its finding them is the hard part
