69 fender extensions on a 70 coupe

69 fender extensions on a 70 coupe
any one know if its possible to put 69 fender extensions on a 70 coupe? i just bought it and want to customise it. if anyone knows of any other mods that might look good interior or exterior please let me know.

Why would you want to do that? Your car is really good looking just like it is, with the exception of the zebra seat covers. 
I do think that the fog lights would look good on the grille. That would fill up those empty spaces. Nice wheels.

You can put the 69 headlight buckets on the 70 fenders but you will need to trim some of the headlight bucket bracket in oder for it to fit. I actually have 70 fenders on mine and had to customize the brackets to fit with my 69 headlight buckets. I would have gotten 69 fenders but i was given these brand new 70 fenders for nothing and didnt want to put them to waste, or buy new fenders which are expensive. Now all i have to do is weld in some metal to fill in the side light markers, then no one will ever be able to tell.
