Hi everyone, awesome place!

I've been looking on ebay for the four piece dash trim metal mouldings like these:



Now my question is why places like Mustang Plus, Sacramento Mustang, and any other classic after-market places do not sell these parts?

Anyone know where I could find reproductions?

I wouldn't mind the originals, but usually there are quite beat up, I want them prestine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those trim pieces are not available as aftermarket pieces AT ALL. Your best bet is to get some originals like those, chemically take the old paint off, use some 0000 steel wool on them, then prime and paint them your interior dash pad color.

Do you know WHY those dash trims are not offered as reproductions?

I mean EVERYTHING else is made, so I don't get it.

Another thing, are the dash trims the same as in the 64 1/2, 65, and 66, models?

now that we are talking about trim and shiny metal pieces what is the trim on the inner part of the door called because i need to replace it and how do i do it

No, not EVERYTHING has a reproduction. They don't make a repro 65-66 fastback trap door prop arm. And before anyone points to the bent wire ones that NPD sells for 65-66, those are for a '67 and not even close to the flat bar racheting prop arm of the 65-66s.
