Soaring I am diggin the white sidewalls! Honestly, I think putting the hubcaps back on and replacing the 500's looks better! 3 hour drive should be a nice little cruise in ol'yeller.
Yeah, since the car is original, I also think the whitewalls and the old caps just seem to fit the looks of the car. But, when I have the Mag 500's on, it changes the whole look of the car, and I kinka like that look too. So, I will just keep switching back and forth so I get wear on all 8 tires.

Ya i was never a big fan of the Mag 500's in general (although the retro spinoffs like the ones on your Mach are nice).

Yeah, at least for a year or so, then maybe I'll go back with the Mag 500's for a year or so. I have found that the old gal turns a lot better when it is at a stand still with these narrower tires, but I have to watch it when I take off so I don't burn out every time.

I agree that changing the wheels changes the character of the car. I like both and switching ack and forth seems like best of both worlds.

Nice car.

LOL TUBA!! That so fits what i thought of soaring, good times. Nice lookin wheels, got my set in the attic as we speak! Cleaned em up when i first got the car then put the torque thrusts on em and they still look purdy good. Good job!
