what has to be done to a 289 to supercharge it???
just thinkin about it, maybe it would be fun if i can afford it.

I would love to have a supercharger....... and to be pushing 380 hp.

The plain paxton kits are $2700. The polished kits are $2900. You also have to buy a holley 4150 carb, which is over $400, so it's a nice chuck of money.

I know of two guys who are getting tremendous power from a Paxton Novi 1200. One guy has a 306 and is getting 457RWHP. Another guy with a 331 stroker is getting 585 flywheel HP. One said that you have to learn to drive the car again because you can light the tires even when moving at 45-50 mph. A SC will be my next install after the exhaust.
