i cant get this picture to down size?

ive allready went to photobucket and down sized it twice! but when i post it stays the same????

If you want to use that for a signature picture, send it to the Chop shop. Just scroll through the various sites on the MF and you will find the chop shop. They will do an excellent job of making you a really nice signature picture. See mine?

I would suggest that you use a brighter picture. Yours is pretty dark. Also get a close up shot so you don't have so many trees and grass to contend with.
