in answer to your question baddog, it gets worse the older you get and the more responsibility you have to spend money on anything but cars!
Yea but the older you get the more education you can get and get a high dollar job.

id say it depends a little more on luck than that.....education guaruntees you nothing but stress and large bills.....u have to get lucky to get the job that pays the big bucks after college and all that, as there is no guaruntees college will bring you any sort of fortune what so ever....

Kinda goes without saying if you have seen the yard here and at my dads. I have 35+ vehicles again, I was down to 25 but now I have more. I have three legal and insured, but only two are driveable, and the truck has a gas leak I cant find to fix. Gotta pull the tank.

I just made arraingements to get my 65 GTO moved up here from SC.. so another parking space is needed.. gotta shuffle things again..

So how many projects do you want? I can afford to unload some at this point. Even if I worked on my cars 12 hours a day for the next 15 years I wouldnt get it done. Since I cant do more than maybe 16 hours per week, its going to be a long time getting these things running and nice.

Well off to take some pics of a shifter linkage for one of you guys, and hopefully get something done on one of the Fords so the Pontiacs can gete done. How did I get to this point in life anyway?

South Carolina? Just have 'em drop that 65 off here in Blacksburg VA.

In the meantime I guess I better slap on some AC/DC and go grab a six pack...

im so discombobulated i find myself going out into the garage and just sitting there staring at the parts and the car and wondering how my car came to look like an exploded frag grenade....then i get a cold beverage....turn it on....run it for a while....then go back in the house and ponder ways to make more money so i can paint it soon so i can drive it....
Thats exactly what Id do to! And I figured it out too..if i work 14 hour shifts 5 days a week..ill be getting some serious overtime Now I stare at the car while its all apart and think of what I want to replace, and more tools to buy.
