Default good manual rack on the cheap!!!

Check out these threads:

Here is the Unisteer site:

http://www.unisteer.com/home.php?cat=250

This seems like a quality rack for a great price. Save $300 clams by ordering it through Summit Racing before the end of October, get it to your door for $585.34. It almost seems like a pricing error, shoot the Unisteer site has it listed for $875?!? Oh well, I got mine coming.

No sir, this rack is available at this price for all years from 65-70, until the end of the month. Just call Summit Racing, tell them you want the Unisteer manual rack for your specific year and they will get it to your door for $585.34.

Their listing shows 65-66 and 68-70. We with 67's are screwed.

They do, I believe the listing on the Unisteer website is a typo. Here is the Summit link, call them and ask. If there is any doubt call Unisteer, according to the links they are very helpful.

In the Vintage Mustang Forum thread, one of the testimonials comes from a guy with a 67 coupe who is very happy with his rack.

I read beginning year 1968 and ending year 1970 for it to fit. Am I reading this wrong? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...00618+314668+0

Its weird, some pages say 67-69, some say 68-70. The positive testimonial on the VMF link came from a guy who installed one on his 67 Coupe, a phone call to Unisteer or Summit should clear up any confusion. The Unisteer link lists a rack for 65-66 and a rack for 68-70, Summit sells both racks. It just stands to reason that if it fits a 68, it will fit a 67.

And, you believe Bob Dooley's boys? Yeah, what are the differences in the 67 and 68 front ends to cause this not to fit a 67?
