Well yes it did free up some room for the ram air but that was an after thought. The guy I bought the car from had moved the battery to the trunk and ran it through the inside. He must have drilled 6 hole and never did get it right. After drilling all those holes he still had it running under the carpet and it looked super goofy. It took me awhile to patch all the holes he drilled.

ahhh i c, well running around town with a mild 302 and 2.79 gears, i guess weight distribution is the farthest from my mind.... useful in snow i suppose

The closer you can get your car to a 50/50 weight distribution the better it will handle on the street or the track.
