You can check with some of the suppliers and see if the make inner door skin patch panels. I haven't heard of them. Ebay has a world of stuff. You would be surprised.
The repo stock usually doesn't fit for sh&$.

If it's not a show car, why not put some speakers in there and wait till you get the cash to buy new doors, or find a guy who can fix it.

Most people won't know the difference.

well, not knowing the prices but knowing what the words "original ford tooling" does to the price... i would attempt to fix it yourself. Whats the wose that happens... you buy a new door. Like the above posted said maybe use the 6x9 hole for speakers and just fix the back one?

Front hole was probably a 4 x 10" speaker and rear is 4". Could always try fiberglassing the holes and painting. Easier than welding if you do not know how. Once sanded and painted never tell it was there.

I agree, I dont think the front hole is a 6x9.....its a really stretched out hole more like a 4x10. What halz suggested could work, but that is a funky *** spot to have a funky *** shaped 4x10 speaker. It will look like **** but like halz said, if its not going to show, why not just put some function in there to fill a hole.

Ive fixed a section of my door by welding in a patch and using rust oleums wrinkle finish paint then painting the the door with interior paint. Which means you would want to spray both doors for consistency.

I would stick some speakers in there, at least until I could find some new doors. Repairing those hole is possible, but its really gonna suck doing it.

like said before i would just put som speakers in it as long as its not gonna be a show car but if it will be one id say get som new doors either from a junk yard of som original ford tooling doors

and if u dont want to put speakers in them i have a 66 and would gladly swap u doors as long as ur not too far away
