Fox Body T5 crossmember

Fox Body T5 crossmember
I'm planning on installing a T5 in my car (has a C4 now), and I know I need a different transmission crossmember. Is this crossmember one that I could pull off a foxbody with a T5? Are there any other cars that have the crossmember I need? Or is it something that is only aftermarket?
