so i ordered two new fenders for my stang and they FINALLY got here today along with a stone deflector and they sent me two left fenders....i obviously ordered a RH and LH and it says so on the receipt and on the website and stuff but its just really frustrating I'm gonna have to like send it back and stuff....i emailed the guy i talk to there and hes usually pretty cool but i want to get some input on how to handle it and what to expect?

I'm sure he used a lot of his patience waiting for the fenderes in the first place........let alone having to wait again.

yeah its been just a tad over a month....it sucks seeing your checking account charged and not having anything to show for it for so long....i guess I'm halfway there....but they will definitely have to cover the shipping fees back to them and back to me, correct? no way I'm paying frigging freight charges....

Its their fault, they SHOULD pay for everything, hopefully u can ship in back in their box with their packaging materials and THEY will set up a pick up from your door. btw... who takes a month to send fenders? where did you buy these from?

well they only charged the standard max. $16.95 shipping so i guess that weighs out....they ate the freight fees since i got it shipped to my uncles business address...either way...it wasnt quick, but wasnt expensive....the bottom line is, as long as they make it all better, is more or less okay...i guess.

i emailed them last night and woke up this morning pleasantly surprised to find out that they had already sent out the correct fender and the freight people would be by to pickup the wrong fender. pretty good service. I'm now excited again.
