Default heater

so i am having trouble with my heater it wont turn on is there any thing you guys can think of that i can check that should be connected.

new resistor connected-check
heater motor works when given a 12v connection to the battery-check
heater motor connected-check

ya all the electrical stuff is hooked up and it the correct spot. is there a ground some were that needs to be hooked up or were dose it ground to?

so it was a ground problem I HAVE HEAT. so the controls are actuly grounded to the dash.
