what are the steps on how to...

Paint your interior?... I've been reading all the post and it seems that you guys use INTERIOR PAINT for the metal parts and VINYL DYE for the plastic parts. RIGHT??... My question is, do I have to use primer on both metal and plastic? Do I sand a little bit after primer then paint after?
What are all the steps you guys take to reapaint/redye your interior parts?

the vinyl dye works on plastics too just clean it good with rubbing alcohol or paint thinner just clean the part and spray paint it with it more coats the darker the color painting the metal is just like any body part primer/sealer base and clear
