Happy thannxgiving Soaring. How do deep fried turkeys taste? We always just oven roast ours and I've been wanting to try a deep fried one for a while.

If you ever get a chance to eat a deep fried turkley, you will not go back to an overn baked one. Especially one that I inject with Cajun spices. Everything turned out really good, and everybody ate too much. My wife made a pumpkin cheesecake that blew my socks off. Man, that was good. Go Cowboys...They are killing Tampa Bay.
