RE: Its lookin nice
I want the same color that is on my 98 Formula. Its a GM color but man it pops... it isnt metallic so it should be easy to paint. the bird almost blinds you on a sunny day, even more so after its been waxed and polished up real nice.. So that color of red. Here is what it looks like in my driveway.
Yeah I have the Mustang, but its so much more rust erradication that I started the Cougar to kinda give me hope for the fastback.. hope that I will get it driveable again.

Like Rmodel said.. a 67 Cougar and a 71 Mustang sportsroof. The Cougar was the first car I bought back in 83 when I was 14. The Mustang was initially parts ssince it was beaten pretty badly by the kid I got it from. But I decided why not, I have time and a bit of money. Even though now I know why not, I still want to get it done. besides the Cougar is good practice for the Mustang.. Suspension rebuild is nearly the same, and other items like that are being derived while building the Cougar. Otherwise sometime about June I would be to the point where I could order suspension pieces..lol
I cant only have one project. I get bored too easily. I need motivation and insipiration to develop the perspiration required for the restoration.
