Olé, Manolete, olé!

Por favor, un poquito de Federico Garcia Lorca:

"Ay Antoñito el Camborio, digno de una emparatrÃ*z, acuérdate de la virgen, que te vas a morir..."

[8D]
translation por favor
There is no telling how many projects that I have done where extra parts were left over. I don't know if the original parts were not needed, or if I screwed up, but the car still goes down the road.

Well, Manolete was a famous Spanish bullfighter, and the quote under that is from one of Spanish writer Federico Garcia Lorca's many poems.

Manolete:

Federico Garcia Lorca:

Figure I give my Spaniard friend a couple of Spanish references.

If it will use a bit less fuel than my Land Rover that would be great even the same or a bit more is fine. I was worried because its older and 5.ltr rather than 3.9 it would be a lot worse on fuel consumption. Im used to thinking in terms of mpg so I take it an average mpg is about 18-20 for town driving?

Actually Ive just looked it up and in UK figures, my Land Rover gives me in town driving about 12mpg and if the Mustang gets me about 18mpg that would be amazing!

Thanks guys

Oh and the spanish translates to (never heard of the bullfighter, you've taught me something!:

Olé, Manolete, olé! (ole cant really be translation its like hey/wow)

A bit of Federico Garcia Lorca please:

"Hey Antoñito el Camborio, worthy of a (emparatriz dont know what that is), remember the virgin because you are going to die"

Im actually Danish living in Spain

Siempre me puedes hablar en español Galactusz pero no entendere algunas palabras que no solemos usar aqui, pero quiza mejor que seguimos en ingles ya que no creo que los otros foreros agradezceran que hablamos en español.

In English:
You can always speak to me in spanish Galactusz but I wont understand a few words the we dont tend to use here (in Spain), but maybe it would be better if we keep speaking english since I dont think the other forumers will appreciate us speaking in Spanish.

well the landrover weighs a lot more than a Mustang and a 3.9 has to work fairly hard in a car that size! Actually it is a great engine in a TR7 V8 or an MGB GT and some of the stroker kits avaliable for them make for a lot of horsepower for a small light car. 4.6l and 400hp is pretty easy to get.

If you want your mustang to do 12 mpg it will if you drive it a bit harder. If you want it to do less than 10 it will probably accomodate that too. if you are cautious, it should do 18.
