I know I need regulators...they're completely stripped. I found one of the cross pieces that raises and lowers the window is bent almost in half. Not sure how it got like that. It almost looks like someone forced the window down from the outside.

But, I'm still a happy camper...lot of work, but it'll be worth it in the end.
