RE: Proud Papa
Hey Brian......and welcome to our world. Over the past few years I have created a frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, so if you look at the top of the classic section, you will see the the FAQ. Click on it and you will see just about any "How-To" article you ever need to know when going through the restoration process of your pony. If you scroll down about 3/4 of the way, you will see a listing for vendors. In that sub-section is just about any and all Mustang parts vendors in the United States. Generally, we use the one closest to our house because of shipping costs, but for some special parts we generally use National parts Depot if we can't get it locally for about the same price. Good luck with your new baby. You look like you have a pretty solid car to start with.
Come back and visit often.

Flame suit on...I'm gonna say that the Camaro wins between the two. Those are both beautiful cars. JC Whitney has some good stuff too. I usually use CJ Pony Parts.

I'd have to agree with you about the Camaro... it's packing some rat-motor heat . Not really a fair fight!

From what I understand, the car spent its entire life in Weaverville, which is about 3500 feet up in the mountains, and about 2 hours away from here.
High enough not to get the intense heat we get here in Redding, but low enough not to get the snow of the high areas. It's usually just cloudy and cool. Sort of car-preservation heaven. I'm still shocked at how nice it is. Looks like a car from the late '80s, not the '60s!
