RE: Door Alignment
Get a manual impact driver. They are like a screw driver that when hit on the back with a hammer turns slightly. It works great for freeing seized screws. Craftsman has one http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/produ...seBVCookie=Yes

I know how it works but not how to explain it. Im not a teacher, just buy the thing, its not expensive and it works. There is probably directions or something on the package but its pretty self explainitory.

Are you sure you need the striker to move up, or your door just adjusted more?

im pretty sure....the door can be aligned perfectly, but when you go to close it fully, it has to lower down to be able to engage the striker.....when its flush with the striker, its about 1/4-1/2" too low with the quarter panel....
