Center Cap for 1967 Hubcap

Center Cap for 1967 Hubcap
Does anyone recognize my hubcap and center inserts? I need to replace one or two of the center caps (they are 4" in diameter), but I am having trouble locating these exact ones. In fact, I haven't even seen these hubcaps anywhere either.
