No the guy has good records on it as well as the DMV verifying the mileage.

it's got a Hipo in it? and you bought it for $2k? That engine is worth 3500 by itself. Damn, pony interior, factory Air, rally pack, YOur one lucky SOB!

Lol, damn. I paid 2k for mine. it was in alittle nicer shape then that one, but it didn't have anything but a C-code 289. Thats the only option it has, except the AM radio.... and maybe electric washer pump???

no way it has onlt 12,000 original miles on it...but for 2k who cares...great buy...especially after ive already invested 20k into mine

There are lots of places to get interior Resto packages. I got all new carpeting, seat covers and pads from John's Mustang as it was the cheapest that I could find, and I think that they are all about the same quality wise.

If that car is structurally sound with a decent HiPo 289, that is a great deal, IMO. HAve you checked for rusty floor pan under the carpet or cowl rust problems? Even with a rusty cowl and floor pan, that would be a good deal.

Vin number, distributor, rocker arm studs, harmonic balencer, That feeling when you push the gas to the floor....
