I personally prefer stock, freshly painted pulleys. It is a personal choice. I like the stock industrial look. Not a fan of chrome dress up kits, monte carlo bars etc. Although some of the stainless steel stuff tha has come out recently looks pretty nice w/o being overdone.
What do you like? Its your car, do it!

Why is your water pump outlet on the driver's side? Mine is on the driver's side, but I have a serpentine belt setup from an '85 GT. At the time I originally did this, I had to have the radiator modified. Now they sell radiators for 65/66 that already have this configuration. Anyway, as to the aluminum radiator, the cheapest I've found so far is in the $500 range. I'll be interested to see what comes of this as I could use a new radiator myself.

If the cheapest you can find is $500 you're not looking hard enough. I bought this one from Summit, $294. Bolted directly into the stock locations, no problems whatsoever. It does a great job cooling also.

You really can't see the water pump outlet. But Ford was putting the inlet on the driver's side for quite early in the Mustang's life (67-68 I think).

I bought my crank pulley from March Performance (through Summit). They have nice quality and decent prices.

My aluminum radiator is the Jeg's brand. It does well and looks good, but doesn't have a built in drain...but I bought a lower rad hose drain for it instead of drilling a hole in the tank.
